Food Product Returns
For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, food products are generally non-returnable once dispatched or delivered.
However, customers may contact us if:
- The wrong product was received
- The product arrived damaged
- The product arrived in an unsatisfactory condition
- The order was incomplete
Each request will be reviewed individually based on the information provided.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered where:
- A product was supplied incorrectly
- A product was damaged during delivery
- A product was missing from the order
- A product was received in a condition that makes it unsuitable for normal use
Refund requests may be declined where:
- The product has been consumed
- The issue is reported unreasonably late
- The product has not been stored according to the provided storage instructions
- No evidence of the reported issue can be provided
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing and dispatch begins.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the nature of food products.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refund requests are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days.
Once a refund has been approved, funds will normally be issued within 5–10 business days.
The exact time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or card provider.
Replacement Products
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and discussed with the customer before any action is taken.
Delivery Issues
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, additional charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.
Refunds may not be available for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.
